“The Levers of Liverpool” (and more work photos!)

Here are some more work photos while waiting at Liverpool for a run to the city. Due to the peak hour, my train had to be out of the way and not wait at the station because it was not due to start it’s next trip. In this series of photos, my silver train can be seen waiting as a Millennium Train is arriving to also turn back for its next city bound trip. The first photo is of 2 levers which operates points (also known as a turnout or a switch) for a track machine siding.
